在遠古的時候，天上突然出現了十個太陽。
In ancient times, ten suns suddenly appeared in the sky.
直曬得大地冒煙，老百姓實在無法生活下去了。

有壹個力大無比的英雄名叫後羿，他決心為老百姓解除這個苦難。

於是他登上昆侖山頂，運足氣力，拉滿神弓，壹口氣射下九個太陽。

他對天上最後壹個太陽說:"從今以後，妳每天必須按時升起，按時落下，為民造福!"

鄉親們很想念好心的嫦娥，在院子裏擺上嫦娥平日愛吃的食品，遙遙地為她祝福。

從此以後，每年八月十五，就成了人們企盼團圓的中秋佳節。
