3、煮沸後把桶放在壹個裝滿冰水的桶或者槽裏。註意不要濺出去或者讓空氣進去(這樣會讓啤酒有臭味)。

4、冷到涼到27度,就轉移到發酵桶裏了,然後放入酵母,蓋上蓋子,密封保存發酵壹周。

5、用消毒後的塑料管作為虹吸管來盡可能小心地轉移啤酒,避免空氣進入裝有濃糖溶液的瓶子裏,盡量不要讓沈澱物進去。
