十二生肖作為中國壹種古老的民俗文化，最早是用來紀年的。傳說在古時，因為人類的記憶力太差，往往記不住自己的年齡，常常帶來很大的麻煩，玉皇大帝見到這般情景，於心不忍，想出壹個簡易的辦法，以十二種動物作為年歲的代表，只要記住十二種動物的循環更替，就可以輕易的推算年齡，萬無壹失了
As an old folk-custom culture of China, the Chinese zodiac was first used to number the years. It is said that in the ancient times, the memories of people were so bad that they couldn't remember their ages, so it often brought them lots of big troubles, when the Jade emperor saw this, he thought out a simple method to number the years,
that was, using twelve animals on behalf of the years. You just need to remember the cycle and alternation of the animals, thus you can guess the ages, perfectly safe.
於是傳令天地間的飛禽走獸按時前往天庭，以報到的先後依序選出十二種動物，分別是：子 -鼠、醜- 牛、寅 -虎、卯 -兔、辰- 龍、巳- 蛇、午 -馬、未 -羊、申 -猴、酉- 雞、戍- 狗、亥 -豬。後來這十二種動物也被稱為“生肖”
Then he tranmit orders to all of the birds and beasts on the earth, he asked them to go to Tianting, and use the orders of register to select twelves animals, i.e. Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog and Pig. Afterwards, they were also called "Shengxiao"[one of the twelve animals symbolizing the Twelve Branches used to designate years (according to lunar calendar)].

沙燕風箏
中國作為風箏的發源地，風箏的品種很多，沙燕風箏是北方最具代表性的風箏之壹，有著300多年的歷史。其骨架精巧，彩繪嚴謹、雍容華貴，觀賞價值較高的藝術特點和風格享譽中外。在骨架結構和繪畫藝術上，均達到了技術與藝術的有機結合。硬翅沙燕的造型是仿照真燕子而作的誇張變形裝飾設計的，帶有濃厚的京式特點。

Shayan Kites

On the framework and drawing, it has achieved the combination of art and technology. The sculpt of harden-wing Shayan is imitated the shape of the real swallow, it is exaggerated and distortion, but it has thick characteristic of Beijing.
