動詞變為動名詞的規則：動詞變為動名詞,即是動詞加ing.壹般要遵循以下三條規則：
(1)壹般情況下,在動詞的後面直接加ing.如：play—playing read—reading do—doing go—going
(2)以不發音的字母e結尾的動詞,要去掉不發音的字母e,再加ing.如：write—writing ride—riding make—making dance—dancing
(3)以單元音加單輔音結尾的重讀閉音節,要雙寫最後壹個輔音字母,再加ing.如：run—running?swim—swimming?put—putting sit—sitting
記住like後面要加動詞ing,說愛好有三種說法：①I like swimming.②Swimming is my hobby.③My hobby is swimming.註意：She likes drawing pictures,listening to music and making kites.這幾個愛好是並列的,都是在like後面,所以都要加ing.
