中國春節的風俗有：
1、臘月二十四，撣塵掃房子，這日是約定俗成的掃除日。
On the 24th day of the twelfth lunar month, dusting and sweeping the house is a customary cleaning day.
2、臘月二十六，殺豬割年肉，人們只在壹年壹度的年節中才能吃到肉。
On the 26th day of the twelfth lunar month, people kill pigs and cut new year's meat. People can only eat meat during the annual festival.
3、臘月二十七，宰年雞、趕大集，春節所需物品都在置辦之中。
On the 27th day of the twelfth lunar month, the Chinese New Year chicken is slaughtered and a large collection is driven. All the items needed for the Spring Festival are being purchased.
4、大年三十，壹夜連雙歲，五更分二天。寒辭去冬雪，暖帶入春風。
New year's Eve, one night even two years old, five and two days. Cold leaves winter snow and warm brings spring breeze.
5、大年初壹，金雞報曉。晚輩給長輩拜年，長輩給壓歲錢。
On the first day of the lunar new year, the Golden Rooster announces the dawn. The younger generation pays new year's greetings to the elder, and the elder gives lucky money.
