Chinese still love visiting temple fairs during Spring Festival but organizers are adding more color and dimension to the events to keep pace with the times.
春節期間，中國人還是喜歡去逛逛廟會。不過今年的廟會的形式和內容都擴展了很多，緊跟時代步伐。
上面的報道裏，temple fair 就是春節期間大家都喜歡逛的“廟會”，我們平時所說的“民俗廟會”就可以用 temple fair of folk custom 來表示。Fair 在這裏表示“市集”，village fair 是“農村集市”，go to a fair 就是“趕集”了。
Fair 這個詞在很多場合都表示“展覽會、交易會”，比如 China Import and Export Fair（中國進出口商品交易會），也就是我們知道的 Canton Fair （廣交會），book fair（書展），industrial fair（工業品展銷會）等。
