Lurou Huoshao is a snack popular in North China. It originated in Baoding city, Hebei province. Stuff minced donkey meat into baked flour cake and thus Lurou Huoshao is made. The snack is flavorful but not greasy with lean donkey meat. It's both a popular snack and a regular local breakfast item.
“驢肉火燒”是流行於中國北方的壹種小吃。起源於河北省保定市。把驢肉剁成小塊加在烤饃之間,有點像中式漢堡啊!紅色的驢肉香而不膩,是小吃也是當地的早餐。
西方人吃肉多,也有意大利面中常見的肉丸子。不過個頭可趕不上中國的獅子頭啊!
