牛肉面制作過程英語作文
First wash and cut the beef into pieces, then heat it in the pot, blanch the bleeding water, skim the floating powder and take it out for standby. Then heat the pot with cold oil, saute ginger and garlic until fragrant, then stir fry the beef, a spoonful of bean paste, a little chili sauce and a large piece of rock sugar.
Add water without beef, boil over high heat and turn to medium heat for minutes. Then boil another pot of water to cook the noodles, take them out and spread them at the bottom of the bowl. Then pour the beef and soup on the noodles, cook two green vegetables, sprinkle some shredded green onions, and the beef noodles are finished.
首先將牛肉洗凈切塊,再放入鍋中加熱焯出血水,撇去浮末撈出備用。然後熱鍋冷油,姜蒜爆香,接著下牛肉,壹勺豆瓣醬、少許辣椒醬和壹大塊冰糖翻炒均勻。
再加入沒過牛肉的水,大火煮開後轉中火煮分鐘。然後另燒壹鍋水煮熟面條,盛出鋪在碗底。再將牛肉和湯汁澆在面條上,煮兩棵青菜,撒上壹些蔥絲,牛肉面就完成了。

牛頭肉條面,是壹道常見的面食,也是蘭州的傳統名食。它具有“壹清、二白、三綠、四紅、五黃”的特征,且色香味美,譽滿全國。
全國各地都會有“蘭州正宗牛肉拉面”的招牌,但其實都並不正宗,蘭州牛肉面只有在蘭州才能達到原汁原味。蘭州、或者甘肅只有牛肉面,沒有蘭州拉面。
2021年6月,入選第五批國家級非物質文化遺產代表性項目名錄。
