圖書借閱制度：
1、教職工經本人申請可辦理借書卡，入學新生由班主任統壹組織申請辦理借書證。教職工和學生憑借書證（卡）借書。
2、借書證限本人使用，每次可借1-3本圖書，借期不超過10天。到期未看完者，須辦理續借手續。
3、教師借閱與本學期所任課程相關的專業書或專業參考書，借期四個月，到期全部歸還。
4、工具書和善本書壹律不外借，只限在資料室內查閱。
5、讀者要愛護圖書，不得汙損、撕毀、批註和丟失，如有上述情況應按制度賠償。對於違章的讀者，在未辦妥有關賠償手續前，暫停其借閱權利。
6、借書證限本人或專人使用，應妥善保管，如發生代借、冒借等現象，概由領證人負責。借書證和借書卡丟失，應立即到圖書館掛失，圖書館（室）將於每學期初集中辦理補發手續。
7、書刊遺失，盡量購買原版本圖書賠償，否則以書刊價格的1～20倍賠償。圖書館（室）將所有罰款與賠書款，全部納入購書經費。
8、教職工調離學校，學生畢業離校時應交回全部借書證(借書卡)，還清所借圖書。
